INVITE, MANAGE, DELETE MEMBER
Invite
Before inviting member, it's important to know that there are two login methods for WeCom. Therefore we have two different invitation methods.

Method 1: WeChat QR Code Invite


Method 2: Phone Number Invite


At the end, after member submit joining requests, the admin will receive the requests and wait for approval from the admin.

Manage
WeCom has a classification folder called "department," where administrators can manage members by categorizing them into different departments.

Admin can implement many functions through departmental classification, such as requiring only members of specific departments to punch in, setting only departments except from Internship have annual leave, and so on.
Delete
WeCom admin has authority to disable OR delete a member's account.

If you disable this account, the member's account still exist, but that member is not longer able to login to this account until you enable it. If you delete this account, the member's account will cease to exist and not able to recovery back, but their emails will still be retained for 30 days until they expire or are deleted by an administrator. It is very important to backup exmail after you want to delete someone account. Refer to Backup Exmail.
