管理员: Who has access to setting the Punch Card System.
Admin can setting up rule at admin panel or WeCom app. Admin able to set what time available to punch, who able to see, when is no need to punch, and punch card location area and so on.

Why There is no Punch Card at my Workspace?
Noted: Only China Mainland able to use punch card. If member's punch card is not display at his WeCom [Workspace], then it is necessary to change his region to China like below image [Setting > Account & Security > Region]
