Adding New Template or amend existing Template at below image. Admin can edit who can see the leave application template.
Etc., admin can also create a new leave application template for interns or probation, then they will apply for other leave application template different with permanent, which mean annual leave management will be super easy to manage.
Annual Leave Management
Admin need to reassign Annual Leave to employees manually because WeCom not support automatic adding or overlay the leaves left by employees last year. Sick Leave is no need to overlay from last year, then it can renew 14 days every start of year.

At the [Approvals] , Select the leave type and reason
